Reservation Policy
Reservations
require a $200.00 security deposit. This deposit
is not to be used toward the rental
amount. After your departure, the cottage will
be inspected and the deposit will be returned
within one week. We have a short rental
season and reservations are usually made far in
advance, so loss of reserved dates effect us
greatly. Please be absolutely SURE you want to
reserve your dates!! Cancellation will result in loss of your $200.00
deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Reservations are made on a
first-come-first-serve basis. We must receive
your deposit within one week of your
confirmation. Full payment is expected 60
days prior to arrival.
Weekly rentals only between June 15 - Oct 1.
Weekly summer rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
A three night minimum stay is required all other
times.
