We have the perfect location for those who want to
enjoy a private quiet setting on the shores of Lake
Superior and view mother nature at her best.
Our cottage is in the western end of Upper Michigan in
the small town of Keweenaw Bay. We are
located six miles north of Baraga and twenty miles
from Houghton.
It is situated on two private acres with 435' of private
beach. We have easy access off U.S. 41 yet tucked in
on a private road.
This
newer cottage has 850 sq. ft. of modern, nicely
decorated living area with an open design and lots of
light. The cottage is exceptionally clean with central
air and heat. It has a full bath, two bedrooms with
queen beds and a queen air mattress. The kitchen is
fully equipped with full size appliances, microwave and
utensils. All linens, towels and furnishing are
provided. A laundry facility, Dish Network/DVD with a large
assortment of movies is also available. The deck is
fully furnished with gas grill and patio
furniture. Enjoy a campfire in the fire pit on the
beach. Some small dogs allowed with prior approval.
Agreement of our pet policy rules is required. A
pet charge of 100.00 per pet, per week would apply.
There are many hiking and nature trails as well as
several waterfalls, beautiful scenic sites and state
parks to visit.
